automation

Uses the novoyuuparosk-auto-wiki repository for automatic wiki publishing.

Posts publish at their bare title (no namespace prefix). Each published page automatically gets the following mediawiki categories:

• Tech blog
• Blog:${YEAR} derived from the date field (falls back to the publish year if no date)
• ${TAG} for each entry in the file's tags list

Only files with wiki.publish: true in their YAML header are published.
