kimito_en: use Markdown bold for column titles

Swap the <b>…</b> title tags for **…** now that the columns shorthand converts Markdown emphasis to wikitext. Rendered output is unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
