274: split reference material into 274-dev.md
Follows the pulse / pulse_dev split. 274.md keeps the frontmatter, the intro and the lyrics workspace; everything below moves to 274-dev.md, which will document how the PoI candidates were assembled and hold the filtered charts. Uses the new relative-Markdown-link convention rather than a siblings macro, in both directions. Dev page carries publish: false to match 274.md while both are under wip/. ## Scope: 川端橋 → 右左府
|
||||
|
||||
West end **川端橋**, on the 夕張川, where 夕張市 / 由仁町 / 栗山町 very nearly meet.
|
||||
East end **右左府** — 変電所, 発電所, and the transmission line 右左府線, all carrying
|
||||
the name of a municipality dissolved in 1943. After that the road goes on east.
|
||||
|
||||
Everything past 右左府 — 千呂露橋, 大颱橋, the whole of 日勝峠 and the Tokachi descent —
|
||||
is out of scope. Full-route material lives in the KB:

||||

### Structures, with kilometre key

||||

||||
Distances are derived, not official. Two independent methods:
|
||||
|
||||
- **sequence alignment** — OSM tags each bridge and tunnel as its own way, so each has a
|
||||
position and a geometric length. Aligning that ordered sequence against the register's
|
||||
ordered lengths transfers the positions. 穂高トンネル lands within 9 m.
|
||||
- **anchor** — where a bridge is named after the watercourse it crosses, the geometric
|
||||
crossing point gives an independent position. These override the alignment.
|
||||
|
||||
Confidence is the length agreement between register and OSM: high ≤12%, medium ≤35%,
|
||||
low above that. Low rows are placed by order alone and should be treated as approximate.
|
||||
唐沢橋 and 福本沢川橋 have no position at all — at 9.1 m and 3.0 m they are below the
|
||||
size OSM splits into separate ways.

### Things worth keeping in the text
|
||||
|
||||
- **紅楓橋 1958** is the oldest structure in scope, and the furthest-upstream crossing
|
||||
of the 夕張川. **唐沢橋 2004** is the newest.
|
||||
- Eight bridges date from **1988**, three tunnels from **1991** — the new-built
|
||||
紅葉山–穂高 section going in. That section had no predecessor road at all.
|
||||
- **穂高トンネル is 1,991 m long and was built in 1991.** The two numbers are identical
|
||||
and the national register's own column order makes them easy to confuse.
|
||||
- **モトツシェルター (62 m, 1990) and モトツ橋 (62 m, 1988)** — same length, same name,
|
||||
two years apart.
|
||||
- **福山第1ゲート 79.81 km, 福山第2ゲート 79.86 km** — the closure gates, 50 m apart.
|
||||
- **21 km of nothing** between 穂別福山 (80.01) and 日高 (100.90): no named facility,
|
||||
no PoI, no settlement within 2 km. That is ニニウ and the 樹海.
|
||||
- The 滝下/滝の上 cluster carries the の/ノ split: 滝の上発電所 and 滝の上公園 against
|
||||
滝ノ上神社 and the district 滝ノ上. The register writes 滝の上こ線橋.
|
||||
- **十三哩橋** in the register, **十三里橋** on the sign, **とみさと** on the map.
|
||||
13 miles from 追分, via 里, into a hamlet name.
|
||||
- 夕張市街 is **17 km** from 紅葉山交差点. That is how far the road misses the town by.
|
||||
- JR石勝線 runs alongside here under **many スノーシェッド**. R274 has none.
|
||||
- 道道1065号夕張厚真線 is severed at the 夕張/厚真 boundary and the plan to finish it
|
||||
has been cancelled.
|
||||
- Overhead at 紅葉山: **夕張のぞみ橋, 夕張きぼう橋, 夕張みらい橋** — three E38 bridges
|
||||
named Hope, Wish and Future crossing a road whose own bridges carry river names.
|
||||

||||

- 右左府発電所 is not in OpenStreetMap; only 右左府変電所 and the line 右左府線.
|
||||
Coordinates need manual confirmation.

- 交差点 names have no open database — OSM has 7 named nodes on all 388 km. Junction
