Pulsing, under 'latent semantic envelopes' or more straightforwardly, under overwhelming noise, is absurd. But if you subscribe to the absurd, it's not really a problem.

In more straightforward laymen's language, the song states the fact that those dumb people like me who keeps sending out pulses nobody else cares (or cared by only a significantly minor group) are probably not doing it to get responses or replies. They do it for the sake of it.
