fix: move MainActivity to match package namespace com.novoyuuparosk.iperf3gui

- Move MainActivity.kt from novoyuuparosk.iperf3gui to
  com.novoyuuparosk.iperf3gui package directory
- Update package declaration to match namespace
- This fixes the ClassNotFoundException crash on launch
