- Add WidgetsBindingObserver mixin for app lifecycle tracking
- Add overlay provider reference for background decision-making
- Add state tracking: current accuracy, first-fix status, foreground/GPS active state
- Fix default ProcessedGpsData to non-const with timestamp
- Register lifecycle observer in initialize(), remove in dispose()
